if you don’t — send it back.

no drama.


returns

you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

to be eligible, your item must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • unused

  • with original tags attached

  • in original packaging (or packed properly — just don’t crush it)

if it comes back with stains, smells, makeup marks, pet hair, deodorant marks, or obvious wear, we can’t refund it.

try it on. don’t live in it.


refunds

once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

what gets refunded:

  • the full item price

  • original shipping (it was free — we’re not charging it back)

your bank may take a few days to reflect the refund. that part isn’t in our hands.


return shipping

return shipping is your responsibility.

we recommend tracked shipping — the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

if your item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we cover return shipping. obviously.


exchanges

we don’t offer direct exchanges right now.

if you need a different size or item:

  1. return the original item

  2. place a new order

cleaner. faster. less confusion.


faulty or incorrect items

if something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery.

include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

we’ll sort it. refund, replacement, or solution — depending on what makes sense.


non-returnable items

unless faulty, we cannot accept returns on:

  • gift cards

  • items marked final sale

  • hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
